around 250 people, international facis/trainers, a lot of learning, fun and unforgetable moments...
last year i attended this great conference as a delegate. this year i made it as a facilitator (faci).
2 days of premeeting in Lvov and 5 days of conference left me a lot of memories, and friends...
it was my first abroad facilitation experience of a national conference and it was awesome! i enjoyed each moment of it...
2 sessions delivered to 150 delegates at one time, it was amazing and exausting at the same time... after the training i was tired, but happy :) our great chair was special :) and the conference without him wasn't maybe so great...
being only 1 person from Moldova (except last day, when Eugen Girla, ex MCP of Moldova and MCVP TM in Ukraine) i proved that AIESEC in Moldova has strong points and one of them is training area...
it is my first award i ever received in AIESEC, but it costs nothing actually if i hadn't my faci team near me, being always ready to help. but it was very pleasant to receive it. i was so proud that i'm from Moldova...
and then i felt that it's not the amount of sessions delivered which make you better, it is how much you take and learn from each delivered session...
still feeling at the conference. can't find words to express my feelings.

1st conference facilitated abroad
1st award received
