15 years

Recently I've been at the 15th anniversary celebration of AIESEC in Ukraine. An event organized for Alumni as well as for members of organization.
One of the most prestigious concert halls in Kiev, 15 generations of alumni, a nice show and old friends to see.




It was astonishing, how many people there were, each of whom was proud of being an alumna(us)... And then I foreseen the time when in AIESEC in Moldova will be such a big number of alumni, proud to be AIESECers... AIESEC in Moldova, I wish you a great development and growth, so as while being 15 years old, to rock Moldova and AIESEC International.
But now - Happy Birthday AIESEC in Ukraine!!!

Leadership Development Seminar 2009

It was 3 days of an external AIESEC conference, where the first day was in one of the most prestigious university of management in Kiev.
Lots of CEOs, speakers and trainers from such companies as Mars Ukraine, Cisco Entrepreneur Institute, JTI Ukraine, etc. who shared their own experience had their special impact on all delegates of this event (you can find more companies here). HR and Marketing tracks (which I've attended) delivered by top trainers from companies from AIESEC in Ukraine were really full of useful information.
Lots of talks with people from companies, agreements on learning partnership establishment, promoting AIESEC and top talents within it to those companies, helped to strengthen the image of AIESEC in Ukraine among the business area in Ukraine. Also there is a personal benefit of attending this conference - companies are in search of people.
Also lots of in-kind was nicely met by delegates.

10 days in Kiev

And again I'm in Kiev :)
10 days have past amazingly fast, but with a lot of events, planning, learning and of course having fun :)

15th anniversary of AIESEC in Ukraine

all these in only 10 days, in different atmospheres and generally speaking different from Moldova.
Some of the differences I would like to share that I've observed (no offense guys :):
- organizational part of internal conferences is better in Moldova
- organizational part of external conferences/events - well... Ukraine rules here
- Kiev is a great city to live, with a rich history, architecture, but the food is expensive here
- both countries have bad roads :)
- Chisinau is more sunny
- and more...

But it doesn't matter so much - what I've realized is that I like both countries. Now planning a tour throughout all Ukraine, but don't know when it will be possible to realize it because of 2 main reasons (time & money).

A Whole Year Ahead...

1st of July - for somebody it's the Birthday date, for others it's marriage day or another significant date.
For me - 1st of July is the first day of my official term as National Trainers Coordinator in AIESEC in Ukraine. One year ahead of challenging experience in coordinating a team of 15 VPs TM, in implementing lots of ideas in TM and training area, in leading AIESEC in Ukraine toward success, toward making AIESEC in Ukraine Legendary.
Also as a personal objective I would like to strengthen the cooperation between AIESEC Moldova and AIESEC Ukraine at least in TM and trainings area...

Now looking forward toward the upcoming year...

The 3rd one

One more international conference has been organized in Moldova, for now this is the third one. Summer Train the Trainers in Moldova hosted people from Ukraine, Germany, United Kingom, Portugal and of course Moldova :)
New people, new learning, new ideas, new friends, unforgetable experience of Conference Management and lots of amazing things which made this conference memorable.
